Job Description
Seeking a highly experienced Chief Engineer to provide technical leadership for a major construction project in Belize. Responsible for reviewing designs, overseeing structural engineering, ensuring code compliance, and resolving complex technical issues on site.
Criteria
Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil/Structural Engineering
Minimum 10 years construction engineering experience
Professional engineering license preferred
Deep knowledge of structural codes and standards
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Valid passport required
Medical fitness certificate required
8 days off per month
5 working days/week (Mon–Fri); Sat & Sun off
Overtime pay: 150% of base salary
Food & accommodation provided
Salary increase of 10% after 3 months
Performance & Skill Bonus eligible
