Job Description
Seeking 6 painters for interior and exterior painting work on a construction project in Belize. Duties include surface preparation, priming, applying various types of paint and coatings, and achieving smooth, clean finishes.
Criteria
Requirements
Minimum 2 years professional painting experience
Knowledge of surface preparation techniques
Experience with various paint types (emulsion, enamel, anti-rust)
Attention to detail and clean finish quality
Valid passport required
Medical fitness certificate required
8 days off per month
5 working days/week (Mon–Fri); Sat & Sun off
Overtime pay: 150% of base salary
Food & accommodation provided
Salary increase of 10% after 3 months
Performance & Skill Bonus eligible
