Job Description
Seeking 2 Equipment Maintenance Workers to service, repair, and maintain construction machinery and tools on site in Belize. Responsibilities include routine inspections, troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and coordination with equipment operators.
Criteria
Requirements
Minimum 3 years equipment maintenance experience
Knowledge of construction machinery (generators, compressors, mixers)
Mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
Ability to perform preventive maintenance schedules
Valid passport required
Medical fitness certificate required
8 days off per month
5 working days/week (Mon–Fri); Sat & Sun off
Overtime pay: 150% of base salary
Food & accommodation provided
Salary increase of 10% after 3 months
Performance & Skill Bonus eligible
