Job Description
Seeking an experienced Head Chef to manage the kitchen operation for a construction project camp in Belize. Responsible for meal planning, food preparation, kitchen staff management, hygiene standards, and ensuring high-quality, nutritious meals for all workers.

Requirements
Minimum 5 years professional cooking experience
Experience managing a kitchen team
Knowledge of food hygiene and safety regulations
Ability to prepare meals for large groups (100+ people)
Culinary certification preferred
Valid passport required
Medical fitness certificate required
8 days off per month
5 working days/week (Mon–Fri); Sat & Sun off
Overtime pay: 150% of base salary
Food & accommodation provided
Salary increase of 10% after 3 months
Performance & Skill Bonus eligible
