Job Description
Seeking 13 structural workers to assist in the assembly and installation of structural steel and concrete elements on construction sites in Costa Rica. Work includes lifting, placing, and securing structural components under engineer supervision.

Requirements
Experience in structural construction work
Ability to work as part of a team
Comfort working at heights
Basic understanding of construction plans
Valid passport required
Medical fitness certificate required
8 days off per month
5 working days/week (Mon–Fri); Sat & Sun off
Overtime pay: 150% of base salary
Food & accommodation provided
Salary increase of 10% after 3 months
Performance & Skill Bonus eligible
