Job Description
Seeking a highly experienced Chief Engineer to provide technical leadership for a major construction project in Costa Rica. Responsible for reviewing designs, overseeing structural engineering, ensuring code compliance, and resolving complex technical issues on site.
Criteria
Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil/Structural Engineering
Minimum 10 years construction engineering experience
Professional engineering license preferred
Deep knowledge of structural codes and standards
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Valid passport required
Medical fitness certificate required
8 days off per month
5 working days/week (Mon–Fri); Sat & Sun off
Overtime pay: 150% of base salary
Food & accommodation provided
Salary increase of 10% after 3 months
Performance & Skill Bonus eligible
