Job Description
We are seeking 18 experienced rebar workers for major construction projects in Saint Lucia. Responsibilities include cutting, bending, tying, and placing steel reinforcement bars according to engineering drawings. Workers must follow structural plans and safety regulations on site.
Criteria
Requirements
Minimum 2 years rebar work experience
Ability to read engineering/construction drawings
Physical fitness for heavy lifting
Experience with rebar tying and binding tools
Valid passport required
Medical fitness certificate required
8 days off per month
5 working days/week (Mon–Fri); Sat & Sun off
Overtime pay: 150% of base salary
Food & accommodation provided
Salary increase of 10% after 3 months
Performance & Skill Bonus eligible
