Job Description
Seeking 10 concrete workers to handle mixing, pouring, spreading, and finishing concrete on construction sites in Saint Lucia. Duties include operating vibrators, screeding, and ensuring proper curing of concrete structures.
Criteria
Requirements
Experience in concrete pouring and finishing
Familiarity with vibrators and screed tools
Understanding of concrete mix ratios
Physical strength for heavy lifting
Valid passport required
Medical fitness certificate required
8 days off per month
5 working days/week (Mon–Fri); Sat & Sun off
Overtime pay: 150% of base salary
Food & accommodation provided
Salary increase of 10% after 3 months
Performance & Skill Bonus eligible
