Job Description
Seeking a Deputy Project Manager to support the Project Manager in overseeing construction operations in Saint Lucia. Responsible for daily site coordination, progress monitoring, issue resolution, and reporting.
Criteria
Requirements
Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
Minimum 5 years site management experience
Strong organizational and reporting skills
Ability to manage multiple teams simultaneously
Valid passport required
Medical fitness certificate required
8 days off per month
5 working days/week (Mon–Fri); Sat & Sun off
Overtime pay: 150% of base salary
Food & accommodation provided
Salary increase of 10% after 3 months
Performance & Skill Bonus eligible
