Job Description
Seeking a Field Engineer to provide on-site technical supervision and engineering support for construction activities in Saint Lucia. Duties include monitoring work quality, interpreting drawings, coordinating with supervisors, and maintaining engineering records.
Criteria
Requirements
Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
Minimum 3 years field engineering experience
Strong knowledge of construction methods
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
Valid passport required
Medical fitness certificate required
8 days off per month
5 working days/week (Mon–Fri); Sat & Sun off
Overtime pay: 150% of base salary
Food & accommodation provided
Salary increase of 10% after 3 months
Performance & Skill Bonus eligible
