Job Description
Seeking 3 Team Leaders for main structural construction work in Saint Lucia. Responsible for directing daily work activities of construction crews, assigning tasks, monitoring productivity, and maintaining safety standards on site.
Criteria
Requirements
Minimum 4 years experience in main structure construction
Previous team leadership experience (5+ workers)
Strong knowledge of rebar, formwork, and concrete work
Good communication and problem-solving skills
Valid passport required
Medical fitness certificate required
8 days off per month
5 working days/week (Mon–Fri); Sat & Sun off
Overtime pay: 150% of base salary
Food & accommodation provided
Salary increase of 10% after 3 months
Performance & Skill Bonus eligible
