Job Description
Seeking 2 Team Leaders for decoration and finishing works in Saint Lucia. Responsible for coordinating decoration crews including masons, tile workers, painters, and electricians to deliver high-quality interior and exterior finishes.
Criteria
Requirements
Minimum 4 years experience in decoration/finishing works
Previous team leadership experience
Knowledge of tiling, painting, masonry, and MEP works
Attention to quality and detail
Valid passport required
Medical fitness certificate required
8 days off per month
5 working days/week (Mon–Fri); Sat & Sun off
Overtime pay: 150% of base salary
Food & accommodation provided
Salary increase of 10% after 3 months
Performance & Skill Bonus eligible
