Job Description
Seeking 2 Chefs to prepare daily meals for workers at a construction camp in Saint Lucia. Responsibilities include cooking main meals and side dishes, following menus set by the Head Chef, maintaining hygiene, and assisting with food stock management.
Criteria
Requirements
Minimum 2 years professional cooking experience
Ability to cook a variety of dishes
Knowledge of food safety and hygiene
Ability to work under the direction of the Head Chef
Valid passport required
Medical fitness certificate required
8 days off per month
5 working days/week (Mon–Fri); Sat & Sun off
Overtime pay: 150% of base salary
Food & accommodation provided
Salary increase of 10% after 3 months
Performance & Skill Bonus eligible
